What Clients Say

"Chrissie’s on-demand library is a tonic for daily life. It’s a place I normally go to slow down, to find quiet and to rest. And yet, I am always surprised by what I find. This is a platform abundant with offerings you can draw upon whatever mood you’re in. It feels like a medicine cabinet for the mind/body/soul - the offerings go much further than just asana practice. Pranayama and meditation sit at the heart of the offerings and are what make for such a rich and fruitful experience.

My favourite thing about the on-demand library is the way each session is presented. There is a beautiful, steady pace to all the sessions, just like Chrissie’s in-person classes - I never feel rushed. I think that this pace, coupled with the way the sessions are so carefully curated, is what makes the results so unusually potent for an online experience. The opening of each practice seems to deliver a new nugget of wisdom or fresh perspective on one of life’s challenges, which is then consolidated non-verbally, by way of the movement, breathwork and meditation that follows. I love the way Chrissie integrates yoga into life.
