Hello love.  This Privacy Policy is for your benefit and clarifies your rights under applicable personal data laws.  It applies between you and the Portuguese (EU) established limited company Cheeky Cheetah, Unipessoal LDA (the “Company”) T/A Chrissie Chung or Chrissie Chung Yoga.  References to “us”, “we” or “our” refer to the Company.  This Privacy Policy should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Terms found on our website.  We take the privacy of your information very seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website or our Services (as defined in our Terms).

  1. In this Privacy Policy, the following definitions are used:

2. In this Privacy Policy, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa;

b) references to sub-clauses, clauses, schedules or appendices are to sub-clauses, clauses, schedules or appendices of this Privacy Policy;

c) a reference to a person includes firms, companies, government entities, trusts and partnerships;

d) "including" is understood to mean "including without limitation";

e) reference to any statutory provision includes any modification or amendment of it;

Scope of this Privacy Policy

3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the actions of the Company and Users with respect to the Website and the Company’s Services as defined in its Terms. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.  For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, the Company is the "data controller". This means that the Company determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.  For the avoidance of doubt, Christina Chung is not a data controller in her personal capacity.

d) Right to restrict our use of your Data - the right to "block" us from using your Data or limit the way in which we can use it.

e) Right to data portability - the right to request that we move, copy or transfer your Data.

f) Right to object - the right to object to our use of your Data including where we use it for our legitimate interests.
