Join Sally & Chrissie for an exploration of voice & sound through classical vocal techniques, mantra, and harmonium as a gateway to deepening your connection to Self, and to the guiding forces seen and unseen.

This course is an invitation to play, to take up space, to be perfectly imperfect and yet steeped with sweet intention. There is so much to be said about using the voice as a vehicle for expression and tapping into an authentic truth (even before touching in on the power of mantra, sanskrit and devotional sound).

Across the 9 weeks you’ll journey from the foundation of getting to know your voice and nurturing it towards fullness, so that from a basis of trust & familiarity you can expand into the soulful space of sounding from the heart.

The journey will include insights into playing the harmonium and connecting with your instrument for those that are inspired to explore this part of the path, as well as 4 specific mantras within which to build a relationship and connection with/ to.
