OPTION 1: Cave of the Heart Ritual
4-week ritual of devotion, presence, enquiry and rest.

x4 Live online sessions ~ enquiry, mantra & the wisdom of deep rest.
x1 Weekly meditation to support the intention of the week ahead.
Weekly prompts/ invitations/ intentions to support focus.

The invitation to keep returning to the space of the heart over the course of 2026. To let the wisdom of this centre ripple continually in all that we do; to lead with heart.
